This is "No Alarms" by Radiohead. I just watched their 1997-98 tour video "Meeting People Is Easy" and was reminded how much I love this song (as well as the entire album "OK Computer").

I remember this video. Love the song and listened to it the other day on my iPod. I don't know if you're familiar with Muse but their singer sounds a lot like Thom Yorke who incidently shares my birthday yet is ten years older. Just a little trivia trapped in my brain.
